How do I find what benefits are available to me?
Log in to the Fortnum’s account through which you purchased Membership, and head to My Account under the ‘My Membership’ tab to see what benefits are available to you, along with further details about when and where these can be used. We’ll also email you with news about your available perks, and make any changes or updates to your available benefits clear whenever you log in to your Membership account.
How do I redeem my benefits?
Log in to your F&M account you signed up for Membership with, and your online benefits will automatically apply at checkout where applicable. To redeem any in-store benefits or benefits in our restaurants/bars, let us know you are a Member when booking a table with us and present your digital card in-store to our team on arrival.
Where can I claim my complimentary drinks benefit?
Your complimentary drinks can be claimed at any UK Fortnum’s restaurant or bar, up to four times per year of Membership. Please note, we suggest pre-booking a table online to ensure availability at your preferred time. Make sure to let us know you are a Member when booking a table by putting your Membership number in the reservation notes, or letting a team member know when booking over the phone or email. You can then present your Membership card on arrival to claim your complimentary drinks.
When can I expect my welcome parcel to arrive?
Your welcome parcel will be sent to you within your first month of Membership. You’ll receive confirmation of dispatch and a delivery tracking email to let you know what day your parcel will arrive.
I’m having trouble accessing my benefits and/or my Membership account. What do I do?
Double-check check you are logged into your account associated with Membership. Please contact Customer Services if it still doesn’t work after that, and our dedicated Membership team will help to resolve this for you.
Can I use my Membership benefits on orders outside of the UK or in non-UK stores?
As this is our first venture into Membership, Friends of Fortnum’s is available only for UK customers. Benefits can only be redeemed in UK stores and/or restaurants and are applicable to orders being delivered within the UK.
Will my Membership automatically renew?
No – You will be notified through email when your Membership is ready to renew, as well as see handy hints when you’re logged into the F&M website, reminding you to renew. To renew, head to the 'Membership' page of 'My Account' on our website when logged into your F&M account and click ‘renew’. We will also email you with more detailed information on how to renew closer to the time.
