How can I change my Membership details on my account?
If you'd like to update your address, this can be done in the ‘Membership’ section of the My Account section of our website under ‘Manage Your Membership’. If you’d like to update your email address, head to the ‘My Details’ section of ‘My Account’ to edit your details.
Will I receive a physical Membership card?
To reduce our environmental impact, we’ll create a digital Friends of Fortnum’s card for you. This can be downloaded and added to your e-wallet or printed from the Membership page of your Fortnum’s online account. All your Member benefits can be redeemed in the usual way, by presenting your card in-store.
How do I download my digital card?
Head to the ‘My Membership’ page of your Fortnum’s account, where you can download your digital card to your Apple or Google wallet. If you don’t have an Apple or Android phone, there is an option to print out your card as an image.
Will I receive emails about Membership?
Yes, we’ll email you with Members-only content throughout the year, including all the latest news regarding perks and benefits as a Member. If you haven’t received any emails relating to Friends of Fortnum’s when you believe you should have, please contact Customer Services.
