As much as possible, we would advise that you return the item to the store where it was originally purchased. However, you can return the item to any of our Fortnum & Mason stores (with the exception of our Heathrow Terminal 5 store, unless you are flying out from there), as long as it is an item that we accept back. Please note we cannot accept the following items as returns: - Unsealed consumables/beverages - Fresh food items or consumables/beverages with a short shelf life - Food items that have been purchased at a discount due to short shelf life - Hampers or gift boxes containing unsealed consumables/beverages, fresh food items or consumables/beverages with a short shelf life - Unsealed perfume, beauty or make-up products - Earrings for pierced ears - Bespoke or personalised items - Flowers - Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as razors and brushes - Products sold with an authentication or valuation certificate, where the certificate is not also returned; and - Antique or vintage watches, jewellery, accessories or homeware |
