Once you have selected your collection date, orders cannot be collected prior to this date.
Orders are shipped from an external warehouse to our store specifically for collection on the designated date; therefore, if you arrive before your scheduled collection date, your order will not yet be available.
Our collection times are as follows:
Piccadilly: Monday - Sunday, 12pm - 6pm (Lower Ground Floor)
Royal Exchange: Monday - Saturday, 12pm - 6pm
St Pancras: Monday - Sunday, 12pm - 6pm
