Once an order is dispatched, we will email you with a tracking number if we have your email address. You can then track your order online with our courier. If you have entered a UK mobile number on your order, and the delivery is in the UK, you will receive text message notifications from DPD with information about your delivery time slot. If you have ordered for UK delivery, we would recommend that you download the DPD app from the App Store or Google Play, as it will keep you informed as to the whereabouts of your order and your delivery driver, and allow you a lot more control over the receipt of your goods. If you’re shopping with us from further afield, international deliveries will be couriered via DHL. Please note that the tracking email will not be sent until the evening prior to your delivery date if it is a delivery within the United Kingdom. Please note that for standard and named day delivery, your order can be dispatched up to 24 hours before your delivery is due, with plenty of time to reach you safely. |
