Yes, this is possible provided you contact our customer services team and provide the name of the person who will be collecting. This will be communicated to our Click & Collect team accordingly. Please ensure that the person collecting has a copy of the sales order confirmation as well as a valid form of ID. The same applies if you are sending a private courier. Please note that our Click & Collect service is suspended from November 26th 2024 to January 5th 2025. |
