There are certain restrictions that currently prevent us from selling particular products in some EU countries. You might see these restrictions in your basket if we are unable to deliver an item to your selected delivery country. You will be able to proceed to checkout by removing the restricted item. Please contact our Customer Services team for any further enquiries you might have.
Due to supply chain challenges, regrettably we have some products that are temporarily unavailable. We are working hard to restore the range as soon as possible. We are planning to have food products eligible again to all the EU countries we ship to around mid-September, and we will be offering hampers as well including Christmas hampers from approximately October. Please do monitor the EU website accordingly for updates and please note that not all the hampers available on our UK website will be available in the EU. We will also offer advent calendars but please note that no food advent calendars will be available; we hope to be able to offer these next year.
