We are currently unable to send alcohol and hampers containing alcohol to the Channel Islands.
Recently, the export groups for several of our alcohol products have been updated, affecting where these products can be delivered. This is to ensure we comply with regulatory HMRC procedures when exporting alcohol products. We’ve been investigating and updating our processes in line with HMRC guidance throughout this year, and we continue to work together to open this up as soon as possible.
Currently, we are unable to ship any alcohol products outside of the UK. This includes mixed products, such as hampers, that contain an alcohol component (but does not affect products containing alcohol as a minor ingredient). We look forward to being able to do so again at the earliest opportunity but are currently unable to share a timeline for when this will happen.
