Online: Our online bespoke tea blending service was suspended in February 2024 and will not resume due to logistical issues.
Stores: This service is available in our Piccadilly store (at the Tea Blending station at the tea counter on the Ground Floor), at the St Pancras store and at Royal Exchange store. This is a walk in service; no appointment is required. However, please note that the service is dependent on stock availability, therefore please do reach out to our Customer Services team prior to your visit to check if the service is available.
We are unable to place bespoke tea blend orders over the phone at the moment.
