We are legally not at liberty to amend invoices once an order has been placed.
We never include any prices or invoices in our UK deliveries (with the exception of Northern Ireland since Brexit), however, orders that are being sent outside of the UK require a commercial invoice. According to the destination country, the invoice is either paperless (emailed by our warehouse to DHL) or needs to be printed, in which case it will be included in the order and visible to the recipient. If the commercial invoice is not included, the order will not be allowed through customs and will be held and delayed until we provide the relevant invoice.
