We can include fresh items in your bespoke hamper, however, please note that some fresh items are not eligible for this service. This includes meat, some cheeses and some fish products.
If the following message appears at the check-out- "Your order contains items that we’re not able to put inside a hamper from the Create your own hamper service. You can edit your order or continue." - please check the contents of your basket. You can contact the customer services team if you are unsure which item may not be eligible and the team can advise further.
