We can include fresh items in your bespoke hamper*, however, please note that some fresh items such as meat and some fragile bakery goods such as iced biscuits are not eligible for this service. Most other fresh items are eligible.
If the following message appears at the check-out- "Your order contains items that we’re not able to put inside a hamper from the Create your own hamper service. You can edit your order or continue." - please check the contents of your basket. You can contact the customer services team if you are unsure which item may not be eligible and the team can advise further.
*small, medium and large rectangular hampers only, not in the 6 bottle wine hamper.
