We can include fresh items in your bespoke hamper*, however, please note that some fresh items such as meat and some fragile bakery goods such as iced biscuits are not eligible for this service. Most other fresh items are eligible.
If the following message appears under any of your chosen products at the check-out- "Unfortunately, this product cannot be added to a bespoke hamper" - please check the contents of your basket. You can contact the customer services team if you are unsure which item may not be eligible and the team can advise further.
*small, medium and large rectangular hampers only, not in the 6 bottle wine hamper.
