I’ve received an email asking for feedback or saying that I’ve “won” a Fortnum & Mason hamper. Is this genuine?
Fortnum & Mason is not affiliated with emails that ask customers to provide feedback and then claim they have won a hamper in exchange for paying postage. These messages have been confirmed as a phishing scam and do not come from Fortnum & Mason.
What should I do if I receive one of these emails?
If you receive an email of this nature, please do the following:
- Do not click on any links
- Do not provide any personal or payment details
- Immediately delete the email
