| In our Piccadilly store, we have lifts from our ground floor to all 5 floors. In August 2025, we introduced a new accessible lift for our Mezzanine on the ground floor. While our Duke Street entrance is not accessible with wheelchairs, the main entrance on Piccadilly is wheelchair-friendly. Our St Pancras, Royal Exchange and T5 stores are all on one level. These stores are located in buildings which are not owned by Fortnum & Mason; there are disabled toilet facilities available a short walk from each store and these are run by the landlord of each building. |
