At present, gift cards/egift cards cannot be used cross border and therefore only UK gift cards/egifts cards can be used in our UK stores/restaurants and only HK gift cards/egift cards can be used in our Hong Kong store/restaurant.
Customers can buy gift cards in the Hong Kong store. Customers can also purchase gift cards for use in Hong Kong by downloading the K11 HK App on any smart phone.
