If this is your first bespoke tea order, we are unfortunately unable to place your order over the phone due to the personalisation of each bespoke tea experience. The Tea Blending experience is available in our Piccadilly store and online.
If you have already ordered bespoke tea in store or online, we can assist you with placing another order for the same tea over the phone. We will require the product code on your tin or in your previous order to place the new order. We can only re-order the same tea, however, and not a new bespoke tea due to the personalisation of each bespoke tea experience.
