Fortnum & Mason and our delivery partners are working very hard with individual countries and customs agencies to ensure that deliveries get through customs as planned. However, as customs agencies install new processes and systems there have been and will continue to be some unexpected delays. In every case we will do all we can to work with the border controls to speed these through. |
