As ever, the safety of our customers and staff is our utmost priority. To that end, we have implemented a wide range of measures to keep our customers safe while they shop with us in store.
We have carefully mapped out the number of people permitted in the store at any one given time. Our Retail Hosts will be on hand at our store entrance to manage the flow of customers. Social distancing markers can be found throughout the store, as well as structures to help the queuing process.
Floor markings to help customers keep their distance are also on the pavement outside of the building.
During busier times there will be a one way system for entering and exiting the store – using the two sets of double doors on Piccadilly. Customers will also notice wayfinding to direct them appropriately around the store, and our staff will be happy to offer guidance too.
Our lifts should be used by 1 person or household group at a time. Please use the stairs where possible, and leave the lifts available for those most in need of them.
Hand sanitising points can be found across all shop floors.
At Piccadilly we have sanitising stations upon entry, and in key locations on the floors.
Regular cleaning of all high contact areas – including doors, baskets, till points and lifts – will be undertaken by both our cleaning and retail teams.
We encourage our customers to pay by card or other cashless payment where they can, however it may not always be possible and we understand the need to accept cash.
At Piccadilly, Customer Restrooms will be open and inspected every 30 minutes.
