As ever, the safety of our customers and staff is our utmost priority. To that end, we have implemented a wide range of measures to keep our customers safe while they shop with us in store.
MOVING AROUND
During busier times there will be a one way system for entering and exiting the store – using the two sets of double doors on Piccadilly. Customers will also notice wayfinding to direct them appropriately around the store, and our staff will be happy to offer guidance too.
There are no guidelines in place for using our lifts. However, we would suggest the best practice of lifts being used by 1 person or household group at a time. We would advise that you use the stairs where possible, and leave the lifts available for those most in need of them.
SANITISING POINTS
Hand sanitising points can be found across all shop floors.
At Piccadilly we have sanitising stations upon entry, and in key locations on the floors.
KEEPING CLEAN
Regular cleaning of all high contact areas – including doors, baskets, till points and lifts – will be undertaken by both our cleaning and retail teams.
PAYMENTS
We encourage our customers to pay by card or other cashless payment where they can, however it may not always be possible and we understand the need to accept cash.
CUSTOMER RESTROOMS
At Piccadilly, Customer Restrooms will be open and inspected every 30 minutes.
