The health and well-being of our staff, customers and wider community is our utmost priority.
Our team’s working patterns have been adjusted to reduce congestion through our building and adhere to social distancing measures. We have also:
- Reduced the store opening hours
- Staggered opening times and shift patterns of all our employees
- Where possible, split teams in to groups who will work to the same pattern
- Kept teams as small as possible to avoid overcrowding
- Added virus killing coatings to handles and frequently touched surfaces
- Installed new Air filtration systems
- Implemented new staff entry protocols including temperature checks
- Staff Wellbeing initiatives including: listening groups, wellbeing surveys, regular guidance and updates
