The Salmon en Croute will arrive partially defrosted, so it will need to be put into the fridge overnight to fully defrost. Before cooking, please check that the product has been fully defrosted by inserting a skewer into the centre of the salmon, if there is no resistance then it is fine to cook.
Brush well with an egg wash. Cook at 175 degrees (fan assisted oven) for 50 minutes and then drop the temperature to 160 degrees (fan) for an additional 45 minutes. Serving Suggestion: Serve with a fresh Parsley Sauce or a fresh Lemon & Dill Sauce.
