All our orders are sent by courier and our couriers normally require a signature for all deliveries.
For UK deliveries, if you have added a mobile on the order, you will be given a one-hour time slot on the day of delivery and they can text back if the time is not convenient to instruct DPD to deliver to a neighbour, to leave the parcel in a safe place or to deliver on a different day. Please note that if your order contains fresh food, redelivery on a different date will not be possible.
Our delivery service provider DPD offers a contact-free delivery process, including photo capture for proof of delivery. You will not be asked to sign handheld units and drivers will take a photo of the parcel at the point of delivery.
We recommend you download the DPD app on Google Play or the App Store where you can set your delivery preferences and track your parcel's delivery progress. You can also select these options directly on DPD's website.
These options are not available for international deliveries with DHL.
