All our orders are sent by courier and our couriers normally require a signature for all deliveries.
For UK deliveries, if you have added a mobile phone number on the order, you will be given a one-hour time slot on the day of delivery and you can text back if the time is not convenient to instruct DPD to deliver to a neighbour, to leave the parcel in a safe place or to deliver on a different day. Please note that if your order contains fresh food, redelivery on a different date will not be possible.
Our delivery service provider DPD offers a contact-free delivery process, including photo capture for proof of delivery. You will not be asked to sign handheld units and drivers will take a photo of the parcel at the point of delivery.
If you have ordered for UK delivery, we would recommend that you download the DPD app from the App Store or Google Play, as it will keep you informed as to the whereabouts of your order and your delivery driver, and allow you a lot more control over the receipt of your goods. If you’re shopping with us from further afield, international deliveries will be couriered via DHL.
These options are not available for international deliveries with DHL.
