Yes, we accept the return of Sales Items, with the following exceptions:
- Unsealed consumables/beverages - Fresh food items or consumables/beverages with a short shelf life - Food items that have been purchased at a discounted price due to short shelf life - Hampers or gift boxes containing unsealed consumables/beverages, fresh food items or consumables/beverages with a short shelf life - Unsealed perfume, beauty or make-up products - Earrings for pierced ears - Bespoke or personalised items - Flowers - Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as razors and brushes - Products sold with an authentication or valuation certificate, where the certificate is not also returned; and - Antique or vintage watches, jewellery, accessories or homeware Your statutory rights are not affected. |
