This statement appears at the back of our gift cards, as seen in the attached picture. If you still have the gift card number or the order number the card relates to, our Customer Services Department can attempt to find the gift card in our system and check its balance. If the gift card has not been used and can be cancelled, the Customer Services team can at its discretion look into issuing a replacement card for you. Please note that this is not a guarantee.
