We regret to advise that delivery charges are non-refundable if you choose to return an unwanted item sent to an overseas address. If the product is faulty, we would organise the collection at our expense. Some products are not eligible for a refund or exchange – this includes unsealed consumables/beverages, fresh food items or consumables/beverages with a short shelf life, hampers or gift boxes containing unsealed consumables/beverages, fresh food items or consumables/beverages with a short shelf life, unsealed perfume, beauty or make-up products, earrings for pierced ears, bespoke or personalised items, flowers and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as razors and brushes. |
