At the bottom of the home page of our website, please click on the Gift Balance Checker link which can be found in the Shopping Online Column: https://wwws-uk1.givex.com/merchant_balcheck/6604_en/ Simply enter your full, 21 digit gift card number, click on ‘I’m not a robot’ (and carry out the small security check) and then click ‘Check Balance’. You will need to click on ‘View Transaction History’ to check the expiry date. You can also contact our Customer Services Team, who is able to check the balance and expiry date of your gift card. We will require the long number on your gift card. You can also check the balance of your gift card at our store tills. |
