Gift cards can be used in any of our stores/restaurants and for online orders. Please note that both e-gift cards and physical gift cards cannot be used cross border, and therefore only UK gift cards can be used in our UK stores/restaurants and only HK gift cards can be used in our HK store/restaurant. Also note that the afternoon tea vouchers issued to Friends of Fortnum's members are only valid for 5 months and can only be used to book classic afternoon tea for two in our Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon. |
