When the service resumes, the shop will only release the parcel to someone with the same surname. They must have the Pickup pass and their own ID. The surname must be the same or the shop will not release the parcel. Should you wish for a change of name, please contact our Customer Services Department and we will contact DPD to change the name if possible.
