If you have placed your order on our EU website https://eu.fortnumandmason.com/ for delivery to one of the 15 EU countries we deliver to*, please note that your order will not be going through Customs as it will be dispatched directly from our Belgian distribution centre.
There are no customs duties to be paid when goods are transported from one EU country to another.
